Position Summary :
Cluster Incharge(State head)
Key Roles & Responsibilities :
- Maintain a database and track physical assets, contracts, contractual obligations.
- Inventory management.
- Expertise in resources planning, budgeting, service activities.
- Good communication to liaise with staff at all levels to ensure standards of efficiency are met in all the
areas
- Mentor junior level technical staff and providing technical and diagnostic advice to staff as required
- Identifying and reporting maintenance issues in relation to plant, equipment and accessories which
includes making recommendations for improvements on systems and processes
- Prepare and deliver Annual Operating Plan (AOP) in line with companys business/growth plan like, but
not limited to, recruitment, COGs and OPEX budget, subcontractors, spares planning etc.
- Ensure 100% technical and operational (safety, electrical, environmental etc.) compliances applicable for
the state
- Drive O&M contract finalization with customer as well as subcontractor and ensure delivery of contractual
obligations throughout the term of the contract.
- Customer relationship interaction, meeting, reporting, grievance redressal
- Vendor management development, render service(s) as per agreement, timely payment
- Represent state(s) in various review forums internal as well as external
- Be responsible for ensuring safe work environment
- Drive implementation of all initiatives related to EH&S, performance improvement, cost optimization
including the one planned at a Corporate level
- Face the various audits as required and applicable
- Host and facilitate site visit, as applicable, by the customer, visitor, Government officials e.g. but not
limited to Labor Officer, Electrical Inspector etc.
- Travel intra-state or inter-state to support other site/s as required.
Experience :
Experience: 8 – 15 Years (Preferably Solar and O&M)
Education Qualification / Additional Certifications :
Diploma – Electrical / BE – Electrical
