Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily production activities and ensure achievement of production targets
- Manage and allocate manpower on the shop floor
- Monitor machine utilization and coordinate with maintenance for breakdowns
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and process parameters
- Maintain production reports and shift records
Key Requirements:
- Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering
- 2–4 years of experience in manufacturing production
