We are looking for an IT Technician who can independently handle day-to-day IT hardware and software requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot computers, laptops, printers, and other hardware.
- Install and troubleshoot software, Windows, and applications.
- Manage and troubleshoot Wi-Fi, LAN, and basic networking.
- Monitor and troubleshoot CCTV systems.
- Manage and troubleshoot biometric attendance/access-control systems.
- Handle basic IT security, updates, backups, and user support.
- Coordinate with external vendors/service providers when required.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in IT support/technical support.
- Good hands-on knowledge of hardware, software, CCTV, biometric systems, Wi-Fi, and networking.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
