Key Responsibilities
- Prepare breakfast, lunch, and beverages as per the daily menu.
- Cook South Indian meals, vegetarian dishes as required.
- Ensure food is prepared on time and served in a hygienic manner.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, utensils, dining area, and cooking equipment.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Check the quality and freshness of vegetables, groceries, and other ingredients before use.
- Monitor stock levels and inform the Admin department about grocery and kitchen supply requirements.
- Minimize food wastage and use ingredients efficiently.
- Operate and maintain kitchen equipment safely.
- Coordinate with kitchen helpers and canteen staff for smooth operations.
- Comply with company safety rules and health regulations.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
