Sales& Business Development Manager
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Business Development Manager to drive growth for our pay & use Robotic chair concept. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in mall leasing, retail partnerships, and preferably exposure to the spa/wellness industry. This role focuses on identifying high-footfall locations, closing partnerships, and expanding our presence across malls and retail spaces. Key Responsibilities: Identify and secure prime locations (shopping malls, retail chains, airports, multiplexes, etc.) for installation of Robotic chairs Develop and maintain relationships with mall management, leasing teams, and retail partners Lead end-to-end business development cycle: lead generation, pitch, negotiation, and closure Drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships and location expansion Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and competitor activity Collaborate with operations team to ensure smooth installation and execution Negotiate commercial terms, revenue sharing models, and contracts Build a strong pipeline and consistently meet/exceed sales targets Represent the company in meetings, presentations, and industry events Recruitment, training and productivity of each team member to be accountable. Required Qualifications & Skills: Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales/business development Strong background in mall leasing, retail expansion, or commercial real estate Preference for candidates with experience in spa, wellness, or related lifestyle businesses Proven track record of closing high-value deals and partnerships Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills Strong network within mall management and retail ecosystem Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently Willingness to travel extensively Preferred Candidate Profile: Experience working with mall leasing teams or retail brands Background in spa chains, wellness centres, or luxury services is a strong advantage Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to scale a new-age concept Compensation: Competitive salary + attractive performance incentives Why Join Us?
