As the brand continues to grow digitally across D2C, e-commerce, cafés, and quick commerce platforms, we are looking for a creative storyteller who can build culture, conversations, and community around coffee.
About the Role
We are looking for a highly creative, trend-driven, and energetic Brand Vibe Creator to lead Bayar’s Coffee’s social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging digital platforms.
This role is ideal for someone who can act as a one-person content machine — planning, ideating, shooting, coordinating, and executing engaging content while staying updated with internet trends and social culture.
The role involves building engaging brand storytelling, educational coffee content, customer interactions, reel concepts, trend-based execution, and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Brand Storytelling
- Create engaging reels, trend-based content, product videos, and storytelling content
- Develop creative campaigns around coffee culture, brewing experiences, café moments, and lifestyle content
- Bring fresh, viral, and engaging content ideas regularly
Educational & Informational Content
- Create informative coffee-related content including:
- Brewing methods
- Beverage recipes
- Coffee facts & knowledge
- Brewing tips & hacks
- Coffee culture awareness
- Coordinate and execute “Bayar’s Coffee Lab” content series featuring brewing education and demonstrations
Customer & Community Content
- Capture and create testimonial-based content from:
- HORECA partners & coffee masters
- Retailers & distributors
- Café customers
- Modern Trade sampling activities
- Events & exhibitions
- Consumer experiences across channels
- Build authentic community-driven storytelling around the brand
Social Media & Platform Management
- Handle Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
- Plan content calendars, reels, stories, engagement activities, and trend integrations
- Monitor trends, viral formats, memes, and social media culture
Coordination & Execution
- Work closely with the Graphic Designer for content execution and creative alignment
- Coordinate with internal teams for shoots, events, campaigns, and content requirements
- Report directly to Sushmita for planning, approvals, and execution updates
- Guide and coordinate with designer colleagues for timely content delivery
Growth & Engagement
- Increase brand engagement, reach, followers, and audience interaction
- Actively experiment with new formats, trends, creator-style content, and social-first campaigns
- Support influencer collaborations, café collaborations, and campaign activations
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital branding
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Meta tools
- Basic photography, videography, and reel editing skills
- Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, VN, InShot, or similar editing tools
- Strong creative thinking and trend awareness
- Passion for storytelling, branding, and internet culture
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently and manage end-to-end content execution
Preferred Skills
- Experience in FMCG, coffee, café, food & beverage, or lifestyle brands
- Understanding of influencer marketing and community building
- Knowledge of social media analytics and engagement tracking
- Passion for coffee culture and café storytelling
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
