Job Summary
The LT Panel Marketing Manager is responsible for promoting and generating business for Low Tension (LT) Electrical Panels, including PCC, MCC, APFC, AMF, Synchronizing Panels, and other electrical distribution systems. The candidate will develop client relationships, identify new business opportunities, coordinate with technical teams, and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities for LT Panels and electrical solutions.
- Meet consultants, contractors, builders, industrial clients, and MEP consultants for business development.
- Prepare and execute marketing and sales strategies to increase company revenue.
- Handle enquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up for order finalization.
- Coordinate with design and production teams for technical and commercial clarifications.
- Conduct regular client visits and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Identify upcoming projects and participate in tender enquiries.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain records of enquiries, customer interactions, and sales reports.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
- Support payment follow-up and collection activities when required.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of LT Electrical Panels and electrical systems.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand technical specifications and drawings.
- Experience in handling industrial and commercial clients.
- Strong marketing and customer relationship skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.
Qualification
- Diploma / BE in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or related field.
- MBA in Marketing is an added advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in LT Panel sales and marketing.
- Experience in electrical contracting or panel manufacturing industry preferred.
Salary
As per industry standards and experience.
Location
As per company requirement.
Additional Requirements
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and project discussions.
- Two-wheeler / driving license preferred.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
