Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager with strong hands-on expertise in planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, Microsoft Ads, and other relevant performance marketing platforms. The candidate should be analytical, ROI-focused, and capable of driving quality leads, conversions, and measurable business growth.
The candidate must also have practical knowledge of implementing AI tools in day-to-day performance marketing work. This includes using tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and other AI powered platforms for campaign research, ad copy ideation, audience analysis, reporting automation, competitor research, workflow improvement, and productivity enhancement.
Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign Strategy & Planning - Plan and execute paid media strategies across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, Microsoft Ads, and other platforms. Build full-funnel PPC campaigns for awareness, lead generation, remarketing, and conversions. Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, keyword research, and campaign forecasting. Define campaign objectives, budgets, KPIs, expected outcomes, and optimization roadmaps.
2. Google Ads Management Manage Search, Display, Performance Max, Shopping, YouTube, and Remarketing campaigns. Conduct keyword research, negative keyword management, ad copy testing, and bid optimization. Optimize campaigns for CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, lead quality, and budget efficiency. Monitor Quality Score, impression share, search terms, auction insights, and conversion performance.
3. Meta, LinkedIn & Paid Social Campaigns Plan and manage campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other paid social platforms. Create audience segmentation, retargeting funnels, lookalike audiences, and creative testing plans. Coordinate with design and content teams to improve ad creatives, messaging, landing pages, and CTAs. Analyze campaign performance by audience, creative, placement, device, geography, and funnel stage.
4. AI Implementation in Day-to-Day PPC Work - Use AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and other relevant AI platforms to improve campaign planning, research, content ideation, and execution speed. Apply AI for keyword expansion, competitor research, landing page analysis, ad copy variations, headline testing, and campaign hypothesis creation.
Use AI-assisted workflows for reporting summaries, performance insights, dashboard interpretation, and weekly optimization recommendations. Identify opportunities to automate repetitive PPC tasks such as reporting, data interpretation, creative brief generation, lead quality analysis, and internal campaign documentation. Collaborate with marketing, content, design, and automation teams to integrate AI into campaign workflows without compromising quality, accuracy, or brand standards.
5. Tracking, Analytics & Reporting - Set up and monitor conversion tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, Conversion APIs, and relevant CRM integrations. Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights and next-step recommendations. Track CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, lead quality, impression share, and budget utilization. Identify campaign gaps, wasted spend, tracking issues, and opportunities for scale.
6. Optimization & Growth - Continuously test ad copies, landing pages, audiences, bidding strategies, creatives, and campaign structures. Improve campaign performance through A/B testing, funnel analysis, data-led optimization, and AI supported insights. Work with landing page, SEO, content, and sales teams to improve conversion quality and sales outcomes. Manage budgets efficiently and scale high-performing campaigns.
7. Team & Stakeholder Coordination - Coordinate with internal teams, designers, developers, content writers, sales teams, and automation teams. Present campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to management, clients, or stakeholders. Mentor junior PPC executives and guide them on campaign execution, reporting, optimization, and responsible use of AI tools. Maintain clear communication around campaign priorities, deadlines, blockers, and outcomes.
