The Executive – Procurement will manage the end-to-end procurement process to support research programs, field implementation projects, laboratory operations, and institutional administration.
Key Skills & Competencies

Manage the end-to-end procurement cycle from purchase requisition to delivery and payment coordination.

Prepare and process Purchase Requisitions (PR), RFQs, Comparative Statements (CS), and Purchase Orders (PO).

Obtain multiple quotations and conduct commercial and technical evaluations.

Ensure compliance with institutional procurement policies, approval hierarchies, and donor guidelines.

Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

Identify, evaluate, onboard, and maintain an updated database of qualified vendors with statutory documentation.

Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and contracts to ensure value for money.

Support project-based procurement in line with approved budgets and timelines.

Track procurement budgets in coordination with finance teams.

Maintain complete procurement records and documentation for audit readiness.

Ensure ethical procurement practices, including conflictofinterest declarations.

Support digital procurement tracking through ERP/MIS systems and assist in audits to ensure transparency and accountability.
Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
Experience:

2–3 years of relevant experience in procurement, purchase, or supply chain management.

Experience in NGO, CSR, or research-based institutions preferred.

Experience handling multi-location procurement is an advantage.
