1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
2. Basic understanding of sales and business development
3. Good research and analytical skills
4. Confidence in speaking and presenting ideas
5. Willingness to learn and adapt
6. Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, AI tools)
