The Aluminum Fabrication Operator is responsible for assisting in the fabrication, assembly, and finishing of aluminum products and components. The role involves operating basic fabrication tools and equipment, following production drawings, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring safe working practices. Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience will receive on-the-job training.

Assist in aluminum cutting, drilling, grinding, bending, and assembly operations.

Read and follow basic production drawings and work instructions.

Operate fabrication tools and machinery under supervision.

Measure and inspect fabricated components to ensure quality requirements are met.

Assist in material handling and movement within the fabrication shop.

Report defects, equipment issues, and safety concerns to supervisors.

Maintain workplace cleanliness and housekeeping standards.

Follow company safety procedures and quality guidelines.

Support production targets and daily operational activities.

Participate in training and skill development programs.

ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Fabrication, Welding, Production, or related field.

Higher Secondary (12th Pass) candidates with relevant skills may also apply.

1–3year of experience in fabrication, manufacturing, or production operations.

Basic knowledge of fabrication processes.

Ability to use measuring instruments such as measuring tape, vernier caliper, etc.

Basic understanding of engineering drawings (preferred).
