Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective participants in Hindi.
- Explain BeastDrive events, programs, and ticket details clearly.
- Coordinate with participants and answer their queries.
- Guide customers through the ticket booking and payment process.
- Follow up with interested leads and convert them into ticket sales.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and sales in CRM or spreadsheets.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Requirements
- Excellent Hindi communication skills.
- Basic English communication is preferred.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support is an advantage.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Google Sheets/CRM tools.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.

- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
