Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Performance & Goals, Learning Management, and Recruiting. - Strong understanding of application development methodologies. - Experience with integration techniques and tools related to SAP SuccessFactors. - Familiarity with data migration processes and tools.
