We are looking for an academically strong, service oriented, dynamic and purpose-driven professional to join our experiential learning and knowledge-based foundation and help create meaningful learning experiences for students.
Role:
· Developing CSR & Corporate Partnerships.
· Building strategic partnerships with Corporates, NGOs, schools and educational institutions
· Designing innovative experiential, research and academic learning programmes.
· Developing CSR proposals, concept notes, presentations and impact reports
· Organizing expert talks, knowledge interactions, field programmes and student projects
· Conducting research and developing programmes around SDGs, sustainability and social impact
· Managing programmes from concept to execution, evaluation and impact assessment
· Building a strong network of schools, corporates, NGOs, academicians and subject experts
· And Other relevant duties and responsibilities which will be delegated then and there according to the need by the company.
Requirements:
· 2+ years of relevant experience in NGO / CSR / Education / Social Impact / Academic Programmes
· Strong understanding of the NGO & CSR ecosystem
· Experience working with NGO’s, schools and educational institutions
· Excellent research, academic, communication and presentation skills
· Strong proposal-writing and project-management capabilities
· Ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders and institutional partners
· A postgraduate qualification in Social Work, Education, Management, Social Sciences, Development Studies, Public Policy or a related field will be an advantage
· Passion for education, experiential learning, research and social impact
Someone who can take an idea and turn it into a meaningful, measurable programme from the conceptualization till implementation.
