Position: Odoo Developer & Handler
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo ERP modules as per business requirements.
- Analyze business processes and implement suitable Odoo solutions.
- Create and modify reports, workflows, forms, and dashboards in Odoo.
- Integrate Odoo with third-party applications, APIs, and external systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Odoo applications.
- Perform database management, optimization, and data migration activities.
- Provide user support, training, and guidance on Odoo functionalities.
- Test, deploy, and maintain Odoo applications across different environments.
- Collaborate with management and departments to gather requirements and improve workflows.
- Ensure system security, performance, and reliability.
- Maintain technical documentation and development records.
- Monitor system updates and implement new Odoo features when required.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in Odoo development (Community and/or Enterprise).
- Proficiency in Python, PostgreSQL, XML, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience in Odoo module development and customization.
- Knowledge of REST APIs and third-party integrations.
- Understanding of ERP business processes such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, and CRM.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Good communication and documentation abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in Odoo development and implementation.
- Experience in ERP implementation and business process automation.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Timely completion of development projects.
- System uptime and issue resolution time.
- User satisfaction and support effectiveness.
- Successful implementation of new modules and process improvements.
- Accuracy and reliability of ERP data and reports.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
