- Data Input: Transcribe data from paper documents, PDFs into digital formats, spreadsheets, or company databases.
- Verification: Cross-check data points against source documents to identify and rectify mistakes, missing pages, or formatting issues.
- Data Management: Organize, sort, and categorize information for streamlined search and retrieval.
- Report Generation: Compile and export data reports for management or other departments as requested.
- Compliance & Security: Adhere to company protocols regarding data protection and confidentiality.
- Backups: Perform regular data backups to prevent loss of information.
Key Skills & Requirements
- Typing Speed & Accuracy: Minimum 30-50 (WPM) typing speed with a minimal error rate.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of word processing tools, database systems, and spreadsheet applications like MS Office and Google Workspace.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to meticulously review documents for minor inconsistencies or errors.
- Time Management: Capability to meet daily production quotas and work efficiently on repetitive tasks.
