Associate Manager – Student Success & Mentor Operations (VP-RP)
Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and execution-oriented professional to lead Results & Mentor Operations across all VP-RP centers. The role is responsible for driving academic performance,student attendance & overall student success by ensuring effective execution of mentor-led initiatives.
The individual will work closely with principals, center heads, academic teams, and mentors to analyze branch performance, identify improvement opportunities, formulate result-oriented strategies, and ensure their effective implementation across all centers. The role demands a strong analytical mindset, operational excellence, and the ability to convert data into actionable plans that improve student outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Mentor Operations Management
Drive execution of all mentor responsibilities across VP-RP centers, including attendance management, parent connect, mentor check-ins, supervised study hours, student counseling, and academic tracking.
Monitor mentor productivity and ensure adherence to defined SOPs.
Conduct regular review meetings with mentors and principals to improve execution quality.
2. Academic Result Tracking & Performance Analysis
Monitor and analyze branch-wise academic performance across weekly tests, milestones, AITS, and other assessments.
Prepare comprehensive performance reports highlighting strengths, gaps, trends, and risk areas across centers.
Track the academic progress of individual students, batches, and branches to identify performance patterns and intervention opportunities.
Evaluate the effectiveness of previous interventions and recommend improvements based on data.
3. Strategy Planning & Result Driving
Design and implement structured strategies to improve student academic performance across all branches.
Based on performance analysis, prepare branch-specific action plans before every major assessment.
Develop mentor execution plans for:
Weak student improvement
High-potential student acceleration
Attendance improvement
Revision planning
Homework and DPP compliance
Error Notebook implementation
Study Hour optimization
Parent engagement
Test readiness
Ensure every branch executes these strategies consistently and review their impact after each assessment.
Continuously refine strategies based on branch performance, student outcomes, and mentor feedback.
4. Attendance & Student Engagement
Monitor attendance trends and identify students at risk of absenteeism.
Drive attendance improvement initiatives through mentor-led interventions.
Ensure disciplined execution of hostel routines and supervised study hours.
5. Parent Engagement
Drive structured Parent Connect initiatives across all VP-RP centres.
Ensure parents receive timely updates regarding attendance, academic progress, discipline, and student well-being.
Develop parent engagement strategies to improve student accountability and consistency.
6. Mentor Capability Development
Train mentors on student counseling, academic monitoring, motivational techniques, and result-oriented mentoring practices.
Share best practices and standardize mentor interventions across all centers.
Conduct periodic mentor performance reviews and identify capability-building opportunities.
7. Cross-functional Coordination
Collaborate with academic teams, center heads, hostel operations, and central academic teams to ensure seamless implementation of academic and mentor-led initiatives.
Drive timely closure of action items arising from academic reviews and performance discussions.
