About the Role
We are looking for a Service Engineer with experience in dialysis/nephrology equipment servicing and maintenance. The role involves installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, calibration, and technical support for dialysis machines and related medical equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, calibrate, maintain and repair dialysis machines and related medical equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance to minimize equipment downtime.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently and on time.
- Conduct performance testing and quality checks.
- Provide technical support and equipment training to medical staff.
- Maintain accurate service and repair records.
- Coordinate with internal teams for spare parts and technical support.
- Maintain good relationships with KOLs, doctors, technicians and centre managers.
- Support equipment demonstrations and technical/doctor CMEs.
- Handle service requirements within the assigned territory.
- Participate in periodic performance review meetings and work towards assigned KRAs.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of dialysis equipment and nephrology-related medical devices.
- Good understanding of biomedical principles.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good customer handling and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and respond to emergency service requests.
- Willingness to travel to healthcare facilities as required.
What You Bring
3+ years of experience in servicing dialysis or other medical equipment.
Relevant experience in nephrology equipment service and maintenance preferred.
Degree/Diploma in Biomedical, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Pay: ₹45,000.18 - ₹50,000.86 per month
