Job Summary
We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical support to employees and troubleshoot hardware, software, Windows, network, and user access issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L1/L2 desktop and IT support to users.
- Troubleshoot Windows 10/11, laptops, desktops, printers, and peripherals.
- Handle Active Directory user accounts, passwords, and access.
- Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, and DHCP issues.
- Support MS Office and Outlook-related issues.
- Install and configure software, updates, and antivirus.
- Manage IT tickets and maintain support records.
- Maintain IT asset records and coordinate hardware repairs.
- Provide remote and onsite technical support.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience in Desktop Support, IT Support, Helpdesk, or Technical Support preferred.
- Good knowledge of Windows, hardware, networking, and Active Directory.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work from the Hubli office.
Location: Hubli, Karnataka
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
