Location: Imperial Kitchen, Venpalavattom

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations
- Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance
- Handle billing, cash management, and stock control
- Coordinate with the central kitchen and suppliers
- Resolve customer issues and maintain customer satisfaction
- Work towards achieving sales targets and operational efficiency
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2–4 years experience in restaurant/store management
- Strong leadership, communication, and people-management skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Good knowledge of restaurant operations and inventory management
- Basic computer proficiency (POS, billing, stock software)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
