Order Verification: Contact customers via call/WhatsApp to confirm their orders, Cash-on-Delivery (COD) status, and shipping addresses before dispatch. NDR (Non-Delivery Report) Management: Monitor failed delivery attempts, contact customers to get alternative addresses, and coordinate with courier partners to successfully deliver packages.
Additionally, you will play a key role in customer retention by building a WhatsApp broadcast network to drive repeat sales, for which you will earn attractive extra commissions on top of your fixed salary
