About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic Salesforce OMS Tech Lead to spearhead the end‑to‑end design and implementation of Salesforce Order Management capabilities. This is a leadership opportunity to shape mission‑critical eCommerce and supply chain solutions while collaborating with global stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical design and delivery of Salesforce OMS implementations.
- Architect order lifecycle management, fulfillment workflows, inventory visibility (ATP/ATO), returns, exchanges, and cancellations.
- Integrate OMS with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (B2C/B2B) or external eCommerce platforms.
- Build integrations with Payment Gateways, ERP (SAP/Oracle), WMS, and Logistics providers.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs and user stories.
- Drive CI/CD and DevOps practices using Jenkins.
- Implement Salesforce best practices with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Flows, and complex data migrations.
- Develop, test, and document custom development, integrations, and migration elements.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years in technical leadership roles.
- 4+ years of Salesforce development experience.
- 2+ years hands‑on with Salesforce OMS.
- Mandatory experience in the eCommerce domain.
- Strong knowledge of order orchestration, fulfillment flows, inventory, and supply chain concepts.
- Expertise in Apex (Controllers, Triggers, Batch), Visualforce, Flows, and programmatic solutions.
