* Explaining technical details of the project (structure, materials, amenities) to clients.
* Coordinating with site engineers and project teams for accurate project updates
* Assisting clients with documentation, booking process, and agreement formalities
* Following up on payment schedules and ensuring timely collections from clients.
* Handling customer queries related to construction progress and delivery timelines.
* Maintaining updated records of leads, bookings, and site visit reports in CRM.
* Participating in marketing activities like site events, exhibitions, and campaigns.
* Conducting competitor analysis and market research for pricing and positioning.
* Supporting registration and handover process coordination with clients
