Job Summary
We are looking for a smart, responsible, and active Field Executive for the hospitality industry to manage field operations, documentation work, vendor coordination, and legal-related tasks. The candidate should have basic knowledge of legal documentation, agreements, affidavits, and government-related procedures. The role requires regular field visits and flexibility to travel within and outside the city as per operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle courier pick-up and delivery work for company operations.
- Manage official documentation and file submissions.
- Prepare and coordinate agreements, affidavits, and legal documents.
- Coordinate with vendors, government offices, banks, and external agencies.
- Support outlet operations for licenses and compliance-related documentation.
- Maintain records of all submitted and collected documents.
- Ensure timely completion of field tasks assigned by management.
- Visit different outlet locations for operational and administrative support.
- Coordinate with departments for urgent operational requirements.
- Travel within and outside the city whenever required for company work.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of legal documentation and agreement preparation.
- Understanding of hospitality industry operations preferred.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle confidential documents responsibly.
- Valid driving license mandatory.
- Two-wheeler preferred.
- Honest, punctual, and professional attitude.
Pay: ₹10,483.69 - ₹25,000.00 per month
