Role Overview
The Cluster Manager will be responsible for overseeing multiple retail stores within an assigned cluster, ensuring operational excellence, sales growth, customer satisfaction, and adherence to brand standards. This role requires strong leadership, retail expertise, and the ability to scale business performance across locations.
Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Revenue Management
- Drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets across all stores in the cluster
- Analyze store-wise performance and implement strategies to improve sales productivity
- Monitor KPIs such as conversion rate, average billing value, and footfall trends
2. Store Operations
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations across all stores
- Maintain high standards of store hygiene, merchandising, and visual presentation
- Implement SOPs and ensure compliance with company policies
3. Team Management & Development
- Lead, mentor, and manage Store Managers and their teams
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching for improvement
- Ensure adequate staffing, training, and retention of employees
4. Inventory & Supply Chain Management
- Oversee stock management, ensuring optimal inventory levels
- Minimize stock losses, expiry, and pilferage
- Coordinate with supply chain teams for timely replenishment
5. Customer Experience
- Ensure superior customer service and consistent brand experience
- Address customer escalations and improve store-level engagement initiatives
- Drive loyalty programs and customer retention strategies
6. Financial & Compliance Management
- Monitor P&L for the cluster and improve cost efficiencies
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal audits
- Control operational expenses and optimize resource utilization
7. Business Expansion & Strategy
- Support new store launches within the cluster
- Identify growth opportunities and market trends
- Collaborate with leadership on expansion and improvement strategies
Key RequirementsEducation
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field (MBA preferred)
Experience
- 10+ years of experience in retail operations, preferably in FMCG, grocery, or organic/food retail
- Proven experience managing multiple stores or a cluster/region
Skills & Competencies
- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Strong understanding of retail KPIs and P&L management

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
