Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic, energetic, and result-oriented Corporate Sales Manager to drive corporate sales, build strategic partnerships, and plan and execute events that enhance customer engagement, generate group bookings, and increase footfall. The ideal candidate should have strong networking, communication, and coordination skills, with the ability to develop relationships with corporates, schools, colleges, communities, and other business partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage corporate tie-ups, group bookings, institutional sales, and business partnerships.
- Identify and approach corporates, schools, colleges, event agencies, local communities, and other potential partners to generate business opportunities.
- Plan, organize, and execute corporate events, tournaments, theme nights, watch parties, promotional activities, and special events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential corporate clients.
- Achieve sales and revenue targets through corporate bookings, events, partnerships, and sponsorship opportunities.
- Develop monthly event and sales calendars aligned with business objectives and seasonal opportunities.
- Coordinate with vendors, partners, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure smooth execution of events and corporate bookings.
- Prepare customized proposals, packages, presentations, and commercial offers for corporate clients and group bookings.
- Manage event budgets, logistics, resource allocation, and client requirements.
- Track sales performance, event attendance, revenue generation, customer feedback, and conversion rates.
- Maintain proper sales pipelines, client databases, event documentation, reports, and post-event analysis.
- Identify new market opportunities and implement strategies to increase brand visibility, customer engagement, and overall footfall.
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards during events.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in event management, entertainment, hospitality, gaming, F&B, or related industries.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
