*About the Role*
We are looking for a proactive and experienced **HR Executive / Placement Coordinator** to join our team in Thane. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in **IT recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and placement activities**. The candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment processes, coordinating with companies, supporting placement initiatives, and assisting in HR operations.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and candidate coordination.
* Handle **IT hiring requirements** and source suitable candidates through various recruitment platforms.
* Coordinate with companies for hiring requirements, corporate tie-ups, and placement opportunities.
* Organize campus activities, seminars, recruitment drives, and interview sessions.
* Conduct initial candidate discussions, HR rounds, and support interview preparation.
* Manage onboarding activities, documentation, and employee records.
* Support employee engagement activities and HR operations.
* Assist in internship coordination and student placement activities.
* Maintain HR databases, recruitment reports, and documentation.
* Ensure compliance with HR processes, policies, and procedures.
*Required Skills & Qualifications*
* Minimum *1 year of experience in HR recruitment / talent acquisition / consultancy / placement coordination*.
* Must have knowledge and experience in **IT recruitment and hiring processes**.
* Good understanding of sourcing candidates through job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Foundit, etc.
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
* Ability to handle multiple recruitment requirements and meet deadlines.
* Good knowledge of MS Office and HR documentation.
*Preferred Candidate Profile*
* MBA in Human Resources preferred.
* Experience in recruitment consultancy, staffing, or placement organizations will be an advantage.
* Candidates with experience in IT hiring will be preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
