Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – SEO & Content Strategy to lead our organic growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing SEO strategies that improve search visibility, increase organic traffic, and drive business growth. This role requires expertise in technical SEO, content strategy, AI-powered search optimization, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and search rankings.
- Lead technical SEO initiatives, including Core Web Vitals, schema markup, crawl optimization, indexing, and website performance improvements.
- Drive SEO strategies for AI-powered search experiences, including AI Overviews and LLM-based search platforms.
- Define SEO KPIs, monitor performance, and provide data-driven insights to improve business outcomes.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, backlink analysis, and content gap analysis.
- Optimize website architecture, landing pages, metadata, and internal linking for improved search performance.
- Plan and execute link-building strategies to strengthen domain authority.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Content, and Marketing teams to implement SEO best practices.
- Lead content planning and optimization aligned with business and SEO objectives.
- Manage SEO agencies, media partners, and external vendors.
- Mentor and lead the SEO & Content team while establishing best practices and driving continuous improvement.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 10–15 years of hands-on experience in SEO and Organic Growth.
- Strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page SEO, off-page SEO, and content optimization.
- Experience with AI search optimization and evolving search engine trends.
- Proven track record of increasing organic traffic and improving keyword rankings.
- Excellent analytical and leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, customer acquisition, and conversion optimization.
