Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu
Experience: 1–5 Years
Industry: Manufacturing / Automotive
Qualification: Diploma / ITI / BE/B.Tech – Mechanical / Automobile / Production
Job Responsibilities
- Perform dimensional inspection using CMM machines
- Interpret Engineering Drawings, GD&T, tolerances & specifications
- Prepare and execute CMM inspection programs
- Conduct first-piece, in-process and final inspections
- Use Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Bore Gauge and other measuring instruments
- Prepare inspection reports and identify dimensional deviations
- Coordinate with Production & Quality teams to resolve quality issues
- Maintain inspection records and calibration documentation
Required Skills
- CMM Inspection & Programming
- PC-DMIS / ZEISS CALYPSO / MCOSMOS
- GD&T & Engineering Drawing
- Dimensional Inspection & Metrology
- Quality Control / Quality Inspection
- Experience in Automotive / CNC / Precision Manufacturing is preferred
