We are seeking a professional and friendly Front Office Executive to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls efficiently.
- Manage front desk operations, including handling inquiries and appointments.
- Maintain visitor logs and ensure proper security procedures.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
- Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate smooth office operations.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality, business administration, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a front office executive, receptionist, or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
