Job Summary
The Junior Civil Engineer is responsible for assisting in the execution and supervision of construction activities, ensuring work is carried out as per approved drawings, quality standards, and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor construction quality and maintain site records.
- Coordinate with contractors, supervisors, and vendors for smooth project execution.
- Verify work progress and assist in quantity measurements and billing.
- Report project updates and site issues to the Senior Civil Engineer.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Assist in material planning and site documentation.
Qualifications
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech. in Civil Engineering.
- 3–6 years of experience in real estate or construction projects.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, and construction practices.
