Role Overview
A leading Venture Capital Firm is seeking a highly skilled Capital Analyst to support investment evaluation, financial modeling, market research, and capital management activities. The ideal candidate will have strong financial expertise, deep analytical thinking, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced night-shift environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform detailed financial modeling, forecasting, and valuation analysis for potential investments.
- Review financial statements, market data, and performance indicators to support decision-making.
- Conduct risk assessment and market research to evaluate capital deployment strategies.
- Prepare reports, investment memos, and presentations for leadership and investors.
- Support due diligence for new investment opportunities and portfolio companies.
- Monitor existing investments, track KPIs, and provide insights for performance improvement.
- Maintain high data accuracy and compliance with financial standards and internal policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience as a Financial/Capital/Investment Analyst.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related disciplines.
- Strong command of financial modeling, ratios, valuation techniques, and analytical tools.
- High proficiency in Excel; familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and reporting skills.
- Ability to handle pressure, meet deadlines, and manage tasks independently.
- Comfortable working in a night shift setup.
Preferred Attributes
- Experience working in venture capital, investment banking, private equity, or financial consulting.
- Strong understanding of global markets, investment structures, and financial instruments.
