- Safety Training: Organize and conduct safety drills, educational workshops, and regular safety talks for staff.
- Incident Investigation: Investigate accidents and near-misses to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Emergency Response: Develop and implement emergency response plans (e.g., fire drills).
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education: A Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in occupational health, safety management, or a related field.
