- Monitor daily attendance of all employees across ambulance stations and operational units.
- Ensure accurate recording and maintenance of attendance through HRMS.
- Track absenteeism, late arrivals, shift adherence, overtime, and leave utilization.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly attendance reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with organizational attendance policies and shift schedules.
- Identify attendance trends and recommend corrective actions to improve workforce availability.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Coordinate manpower planning activities based on operational requirements and vacancy positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, recruitment agencies, campus drives, employee referrals, and walk-in interviews.
- Screen applications, conduct interviews, and coordinate selection processes with department heads.
- Ensure timely closure of vacancies to maintain operational staffing levels.
- Maintain recruitment databases, candidate records, and hiring reports.
- Coordinate joining formalities, documentation verification, and onboarding activities.
- Organize recruitment drives in districts and operational locations as required.
- Maintain employee records related to attendance, recruitment, and onboarding.
- Support employee induction and orientation programs.
- Prepare HR MIS reports related to manpower, attendance, vacancies, and recruitment status.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and HR procedures.
- Assist in employee engagement and retention initiatives.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
