PF, ESI, statutory compliance, leave policies, and payroll coordination Ability to prepare HR reports and updates Strong coordination with management, employees, and external agencies and report to the HR Head Should maintain ethical HR practices Exposure to infrastructure, construction, or similar industries is an added advantage Handle employee queries, grievances, and day-to-day HR operations Support performance management and appraisal processes
