Role Objective:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to assist the VP in managing and coordinating activities across multiple verticals.
This role is perfect for someone from an Urban Planning, Architecture, or Construction Management background who wishes to apply their technical knowledge in a strategic and coordination-focused position working closely with senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate between departments to ensure smooth project communication
Track project progress, milestones, and approvals
Prepare review notes, MOMs, and analytical reports for management
Manage project documentation and digital records
Assist in feasibility summaries, benchmarking, and workflow improvement
