Job Summary:
We are seeking Interns to join our Logistics team. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain practical exposure to retail supply chain operations, inventory planning, warehouse coordination, and replenishment management while supporting the implementation of our Set Quantity-based replenishment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation and monitoring of the Set Quantity-based replenishment process across retail stores.
- Coordinate branch-to-branch stock transfers to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Track store inventory levels, identify stock gaps, and ensure replenishment as per approved Set Quantities.
- Collaborate with the Merchandising team to review and update inventory parameters.
- Coordinate with the Purchase team to ensure warehouse stock availability for uninterrupted replenishment.
- Prepare daily and weekly MIS reports on stock movement, replenishment status, pending actions, and operational exceptions.
- Analyse inventory data and highlight critical issues to the Logistics Manager for timely resolution.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and inventory accuracy.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- MBA (Operations, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or General Management) – Fresh Graduates or candidates awaiting final results.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Ability to interpret data, prepare reports, and work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Willingness to learn and build a career in Supply Chain & Logistics.
Internship Duration: 6 Months
Pay: ₹5,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
