Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales / Business Development Executive who can manage end-to-end lead generation and project closure across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have experience in a service-based IT company and possess strong communication and client-handling skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Good Expertise in Generate leads through multiple channels such as Email Marketing, Cold Calling, LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Identify potential clients and understand their business requirements
- Initiate conversations, conduct follow-ups, and convert leads into business opportunities
- Handle client communication and project discussions independently
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and project estimates
- Manage complete sales cycle from lead generation to project closure
- Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and update CRM regularly
- Collaborate with internal teams (developers/designers) for project feasibility
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Educational Background: BBA, MBA (IT), or B.Tech (Computer Science)
- Minimum 9 months of experience as a Business Analyst / Sales Executive in a service-based software development company
- Hands-on experience with platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Email marketing, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Strong understanding of IT services (Web Development, App Development, etc.)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
Preferred Skills
- Experience in international client handling
- Knowledge of proposal writing and bidding strategies
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems
- Strong communication skills (you should be confident speaking with global clients)
- You are self-driven, proactive, and don’t wait for instructions
