We are looking for a warm, confident, and relationship-driven admissions professional who can connect with prospective students, guide them sincerely, build trust, and help them make informed decisions to join our programs.
This role is about counselling + communication + disciplined follow-ups, not pushy selling.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle enquiries via calls, WhatsApp, email, and website leads
- Counsel prospective students, understand their goals and concerns
- Clearly explain Launchpad program details, benefits, and outcomes
- Build trust-based student relationships
- Maintain structured follow-up communication
- Record leads and updates properly in CRM / internal systems
- Share program brochures, videos, resources when required
- Support admissions onboarding when needed
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Excellent verbal communication skills (English + Malayalam preferred)
- Empathetic, patient listener with a friendly and confident tone
- Strong counselling and relationship-building ability
- Organised and disciplined with follow-ups
- Previous experience in admissions / student counseling / EdTech / training institutes is a big plus
- Positive attitude and ownership mindset
