About the Role
We looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Architect to support the design and execution of workplace interior projects. The candidate will be responsible for preparing layouts, coordinating with project teams, conducting site visits, and ensuring smooth execution of designs as per client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare architectural and interior design drawings for office workspace projects.
- Develop space planning layouts, furniture layouts, and workstation designs.
- Create detailed 2D drawings using AutoCAD.
- Support 3D visualization and presentation preparation.
- Conduct regular site visits and field inspections.
- Take site measurements and understand project requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and internal project teams.
- Monitor project execution and ensure designs are implemented correctly.
- Identify site issues and provide design-based solutions.
- Assist senior architects and project managers in project completion.
- Maintain project documentation and drawing revisions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
- 6 months – 2 years of experience in architecture/interior design/site execution.
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Experience in office interiors, furniture layouts, or workspace design is preferred.
- Knowledge of materials, measurements, and construction processes.
- Willingness to travel for site visits and field work.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Candidates with exposure to interior projects and site execution.
- Ability to understand client requirements and convert them into designs.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in both office and field environments.
