Job Description
- Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prioritize and coordinate daily schedules to maximize productivity.
- Screen calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely responses.
- Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, and briefing materials.
- Draft, proofread, and manage confidential communications.
- Organize executive meetings, board meetings, and leadership reviews.
- Record meeting minutes and track action items to completion.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects and follow up with stakeholders.
- Monitor project timelines and escalate delays when necessary.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Handle travel bookings, expense reports, reimbursements, and documentation.
- Maintain confidential records, contracts, and executive files.
- Manage office logistics related to the CEO's activities.
Qualification:
Experience in a media, advertising, agency environment is preferred.
2–5 years of experience supporting senior executives or C-suite leaders.
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Experience with calendar management and virtual meeting platforms.
Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
