Job Title: HR Recruiter Intern (US Staffing)
Location: Hyderabad (On-site)
Working Hours: 7:00 PM – 3:00 AM IST (Aligned with US Time Zones)
Duration: 6 Months
Stipend: ₹10,000 per month
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter Intern to support our US recruitment operations. The ideal candidate should have prior exposure to recruitment, staffing consultancies, or talent acquisition and possess a basic understanding of international hiring processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and identify suitable candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
- Conduct initial candidate outreach and preliminary screening calls.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Understand job requirements and match candidate profiles accordingly.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Assist in preparing recruitment reports and maintaining hiring metrics.
Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in a recruitment consultancy, staffing firm, or talent acquisition role (internship or full-time) is preferred.
- Basic understanding of international hiring, particularly US recruitment processes.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, or similar sourcing platforms is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working night shifts (7 PM – 3 AM IST).
