Role Overview
We are looking for a result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive sales of IT hardware and infrastructure solutions. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and handling end-to-end sales cycles across SMB and mid-market clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads and develop business opportunities in Bangalore market
- Handle complete sales cycle: lead generation → meeting → quotation → closure → payment follow-up
- Sell IT infrastructure solutions including:
- Laptops, desktops, workstations
- Servers & storage solutions
- Networking & security solutions
- CCTV, fire alarm systems
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical teams for solution design
- Work with OEMs like Dell Technologies, HP, Lenovo, Cisco for pricing and deal closure
- Prepare and present commercial proposals
- Negotiate pricing and close deals
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Follow up on deliveries, installations, and payments
Key Requirements
- 2–12 years of experience in IT hardware / infrastructure / system integrator sales
- Strong understanding of B2B sales in SMB or mid-market segment
- Experience in handling corporate clients and field sales
- Knowledge of IT products (hardware, networking, security)
- Ability to generate leads independently
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable with client meetings and travel within Bangalore
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
