- Answer incoming customer calls & Emails in a professional and courteous manner.
- Understand customer concerns and capture issue details accurately.
- Create/log support tickets and maintain proper records.
- Escalate technical issues to the appropriate L2/L3 support teams.
- Follow up on open cases when required and keep customers informed.
Ability to work in shifts for 24x7 support structure
