Opening for HR manager with 6 years plus experience in hotel / hospitality industry.
As a HR for the group, you will be responsible for managing HR operations, driving talent-acquisition, ensuring employee engagement, and supporting compliance across all hotels and resorts.A significant part of your role will involve regular visits to understand on-ground challenges,conduct audits, and ensure smooth HR functioning. You will work closely with operations to ensurestore-level hiring, training, and retention are in line with business goals.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
