JOB DESCRIPTION:
Purpose:
Work closely with the SCM Consultant, Business SME, Product, CXPD and Technology teams to convert
supply chain business processes into scalable product capabilities for SCM-Lifecycle.
The objective is to gradually become the functional SME for the product by capturing business knowledge
into structured product assets.
This role is not about documenting the current AV7 process. It is about helping transform proven business
processes into a scalable, configurable SCM-Lifecycle product.
Key Responsibilities:
● Understand business processes and business rules from the SCM Consultant and Business
SME.
● Convert business discussions into product requirements and functional specifications.
● Document process flows, business rules, decision points and exceptions.
● Work with CXPD to validate user journeys and prototypes.
● Work with the Technology team to ensure requirements are implementation-ready.
● Identify data, configuration and integration requirements early in the design phase.
● Support engineering during development by clarifying functional requirements.
● Support UAT and business validation.
● Maintain product documentation as the platform evolves.

Preferred Experience:
● 4 - 8 years as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant.
● Experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Inventory, Warehouse or Manufacturing.
● Experience working on ERP or enterprise applications.
● Basic understanding of APIs, integrations and SaaS products.
● Experience working with Product, UX and Engineering teams.
● Ability to simplify complex business processes into configurable product capabilities.
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
