- Organizing mobilization drives and being in leadership role work in the respective locations.
- Ability to do mobilization via Data Calling.
- Have to mention daily data and do continuous follow-up with candidates.
- Should have the ability to conduct counselling in the field.
- Facilitate on boarding of the mobilized young women who fulfil the eligibility criteria and ensure that the documentary validation is in place.
- Engagement with young women to identify their aspirations, skill set and competence and facilitate the end-to-end journey.
- Full-time with occasional evening and weekend work required.
- Act as the lead worker in the first phase of young women's engagement with the STCI programme and ensure that they receive the full and proper offer during this time.
- Support and mentor young women to achieve skills training and mentoring.
- Engage and motivate young women positively at all times ensuring their positive engagement.
- Deliver a sharp focus on all-counselling contributing to successful placement, training and being able to sustain these for 6 months.
- Identify and respond to risks that could lead to Young women dropping out of the programme.
- Build strong and trusted relationships with young women from the start of their engagement with STCI.
- Work in communities to ensure the mobilization happens effectively and selection criteria are properly implemented.
- Undertake data collection and reporting duties that demonstrate the effectiveness of the programme.
- Act as a role model at all times demonstrating behavior that displays the characteristics youth should develop to be successful in their chosen field
- Any Other work as per requirement of the organization/project.
