Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven Email Marketing Specialist to take ownership of our email campaigns from strategy to execution. You will be responsible for planning, creating, testing, and analyzing email marketing campaigns that engage our audience, drive traffic, and increase conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute email marketing strategies aligned with business goals and target audience segments.
- Create compelling email content, including copy, subject lines, and calls-to-action.
- Build and manage email campaigns using Mailchimp.
- Maintain and segment the email list to ensure targeted messaging.
- A/B test campaigns to optimize open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
- Ensure compliance with email marketing laws and best practices (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular reports on engagement metrics.
- Collaborate with the marketing, design, and content teams to ensure consistent branding and message alignment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in email marketing or digital marketing roles.
- Familiarity with major email marketing platforms and CRM tools.
- Strong copywriting and editing skills.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS for emails is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Analytical mindset and experience with marketing metrics and tools.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
