About the Role
MMY Realty Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic, presentable, and result-driven Sales Manager to drive sales for our premium residential builder floor projects in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a proven ability to convert leads into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries.
- Conduct site visits and project presentations for prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Follow up with leads and manage the complete sales cycle from inquiry to closure.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities in CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Generate referrals and business opportunities through networking.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in Sales (Real Estate experience preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong customer relationship management abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and digital communication tools.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Own vehicle (Car/Scooter) will be an added advantage.
