We are seeking a data-driven and results-oriented Google Ads Specialist to join our growing in-house marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our paid search, display, and video campaigns. Your primary goal will be to maximize our return on investment (ROI), drive high-quality traffic, and generate consistent leads or sales while efficiently managing our advertising budget. Key Responsibilities Campaign Management: Build, launch, and manage comprehensive paid search, display, video (YouTube), and Performance Max campaigns from scratch. Keyword & Audience Research: Conduct extensive keyword research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation to target high-intent users. Ad Copywriting & Creatives: Draft compelling, action-oriented ad copy and collaborate with the design team to ensure visual creatives align with campaign goals and brand standards. Optimization: Continuously monitor and refine campaigns by adjusting bids, adding negative keywords, improving Quality Scores, and running A/B tests on creatives and landing pages. Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze key performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS) using Google Ads and Google Analytics 4 (GA4). Provide clear, actionable performance reports to stakeholders. Budget Oversight: Manage monthly ad spend, ensuring the budget is allocated efficiently across various campaigns to minimize wasted spend.
